With the traffics of the road running along the western side of the plot exceeding the sound index as a basic parameter, the noise defines the volume of the building. The school heated volume is as thick as a classroom, so all rooms have opening windows on the noise-isolated east side.
To the east, all circulation is outside, optimizing the heated volume to the maximum. The Sun Deck becomes a playground with a view of the Alps between the residential buildings and the university campus.
